The JLT cup has been revamped into Marsh Cup and the first match of the Australia domestic summer will see Western Australia taking on the Victorian Bushrangers at their home turf in Perth.
Cricket Australia has rested many of their major stars for the first week of the tournament considering their workload in the Ashes series. All these missing players will be available from the second week of the tournament.
Both teams boast some heavy names in their line-up, Western Australia has players like Shaun Marsh, Marcus Stoinis, Nathan Coulter-Nile, etc. On the other hand, the Victorian Bushrangers comprises players like Peter Handscomb, Aaron Finch, Glenn Maxwell, Nic Maddinson, etc. who have a healthy experience in both domestic and international circuit.
