The first Test between the West Indies and Pakistan turned out to be a cracking contest, as it was the hosts that secured a win with just one wicket in hand. In the fourth and final innings, the West Indies had to chase down a target of 168 in order to win. Pakistan did make things difficult for them by picking up nine wickets, but couldn’t land the final nail in the coffin. With West Indies now having a 1-0 lead, the pressure is now on Pakistan, as they have to get the win to not lose the series.
