Zimbabwe Women are all set to host the South Africa Women’s Emerging team in a five-match One-Day series from May 18. All the five one-day matches will be played at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.

Zimbabwe Women had earlier played a home one-day game against Pakistan Women where the hosts suffered a massive 178-run loss. On the other hand, the South Africa Women Emerging also witnessed a disappointing 0-4 series loss during the last Bangladesh tour. However, the South Africa Women Emerging registered a brilliant 32-run win over Zimbabwe Women in the first one-day match. South Africa Women Emerging skipper Andrie Steyn led her team from the front with a remarkable knock of 100 runs off 132 balls in the first match. The second of the five one-day matches is scheduled to be played on May 20 at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo.
