Prashant Chopra holds the record for being Himachal Pradesh’s highest run scorer in a Ranji Trophy season.

Chopra also holds the record of being the first and, for now the only Himachal batsman, to score a triple century in Ranji Trophy. He did so on his birthday, and became only the third batsman to achieve that feat in the whole world.
