Positioned better than Bangladesh, Sri Lanka set to stage a comeback

New Zealand outplayed Sri Lanka in their tournament opener but the latter staged a comeback to defeat Afghanistan. They need to bounce back again if they want to survive in the tournament. However, their pacer Nuwan Pradeep has been ruled out of the clash and this might add to the troubles of the team. Batting remains a pressing issue for the team as they have only scored 337 runs in two games for the loss of 20 wickets.
