ARG vs PAR Dream11 Match Preview, Team News, Lineups
Argentina and Lionel Messi will be looking to bounce back from the opening game loss against Columbia with a win against Paraguay at Estádio Governador Magalhães Pinto.
Lionel Messi failed to inspire his countrymen once again, for the umpteenth time, with his team Argentina starting the Copa America 2019 with a chastening 0-2 defeat against Columbia at Fonte Nova Arena.
It was not that Columbia were the superior team over the course of the 90 minutes, but Argentina paid the price for being too indecisive in the crucial period, or whenever the team was near about the final 3rd.
Players took hurried shots, wrong decisions were the norm and the wayward passing in the penalty box, all culminating in Argentina’s shock display.
Paraguay had no such problems in front of the goal, for they scored twice against Qatar. With a 2-0 lead, they were looking good for a win.
But Eduardo Berizzo’s men left too much space in the middle of the park and Qatar took full advantage, upping the ante and finally securing a point when Juan Rodrigo Rojas’ put the ball in his own net.
The Copa America 2019 match will be played between Argentina and Paraguay at Estádio Governador Magalhães Pinto, in Belo Horizonte. The ground has a capacity of 62,000. The game will start at 06:00 AM (IST), on Thursday, June 20.
Football fans in India will be disappointed as CONMEBOL Copa America Brasil 2019 failed to land a broadcast partner for the sub-continent.
However, CONMEBOL has launched an official mobile application of the tournament, which offers all the information of the tournament at one place. The application is available on Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store.

Argentina Team News:
Lionel Scaloni is likely to ring in changes following a dismal performance in the last game.
Angel Di Maria could find himself on the bench after getting subbed off at the half time. He was nowhere to be seen in the first half. In that case, Rodrigo De Paul may be starting the match on the left side of the attack.
Nicolas Otamendi and Germán Pezzella looked unsettled at times, though both of them won’t be replaced, Ramiro Funes Mori provides an option if Scaloni looks to change at the back.
