When Unai Emery was given the charge of Arsenal, the pundits and the fans alike were all agreed that this is the start of a long transition period for the Emirates-based club. No wonder, the Gunners were placed as outsiders to finish in the Champions League places this season.

Yes, it has not been plain sailing for Arsenal, but they are really flying at the moment, both in the Premier League as well as in Europe.

We are all going gaga over Tottenham Hotspur and about how big a season they are having. But Arsenal may have gone under the radar a little in terms of getting the praise they deserve. The reason being that they could usurp Spurs from 3rd with a win over Crystal Palace.

The kind of form Arsenal are in, especially in home games, you wouldn’t argue about that.

Crystal Palace meanwhile are just one point short of touching the magical 40 point mark. If their current points tally could be enough to secure the top-flight status for yet another season.

That said, it has been a poor season for Palace. Though the safety remains their primary target, the kind of talent that Roy Hodgson boast is too good to flutter with the relegation.

ARS vs CRY Dream11 FANTASY TEAM:

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Arsenal are unbeaten in 20 of their last 22 home games against Crystal Palace (win-16). In fact, the Gunners haven’t lost a home game to Palace since October 1994.
The last meeting ended in a 2-2 draw at Selhurst Park earlier in the season. If the visitors avoid a defeat here, it would be the first time since the 1979-80 season that Palace remained unbeaten against Arsenal in a league campaign.

That said, Arsenal are a force in home games, winning 14 times in 17 league games at the Emirates Stadium.

We back the hosts to win here.
