ARS vs SOU Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Southampton will be looking for their first win under their new manager Ralph Hasenhüttl as they host a high-flying Arsenal at St. Mary’s Stadium, in Southampton, tomorrow on Sunday evening (IST).
Southampton parted ways with Mark Hughes after a 2-2 home draw against Manchester United left the team further behind off the safety. The former Manchester City manager endured a difficult life at the south coast, winning just three times in more than 20 games. For a team like Southampton which is renowned for producing raw and unique talent on a consistent basis, a relegation fight is the last thing to get worried about.
Now 51-year-old German Ralph Hasenhüttl is at the helm at St. Mary’s Stadium. He has a very good reputation which only increased after his stint with the Red Bull Leipzig. He is also a big admirer of gegenpressing and no wonder he is sometimes called as the Lopp of the Alps.
But Hasenhüttl may not find it easy to implant his philosophy at the club in the coming weeks as his side will be taking on Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea in the next five games.
Arsenal are strolling in a dreamland at the moment. Nothing has gone as expected and everything happening at the Emirates Stadium this season looks to be out of a script written by some Arsenal fans.
They were supposed to be in a transition more at least one season. Nobody backed them to finish in the top-4 this season let alone a chance for a tilt at the Premier League. But manager Unai Emery has done wonders and the team already looks way past than any dreading transition period.
The former PSG manager has almost all the same players which played under Arsene Wenger in the last season. But the way the team is playing at the moment, the intensity and the passion to achieve results on the pitch is something which Wenger’s teams used to do in the early 2000s.
At the moment, the Gunners 5th in the table, behind 4th placed Chelsea only on goal difference and two points away from North London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Southampton– McCarthy (GK), Soares, Bednarek, Vestergaard, Bertrand; Hojbjerg, Romeu, Lemina; Redmond, Armstrong, Austin

ARS vs SOU Dream11 FANTASY TEAM:
Arsenal are on a roll at the moment. Aubameyang is the joint goal scorer with 10 goals and he is our vice-captain as well with the talented Redmond leading our team. With Armstrong and Hojberg you can expect a strong performance. While Xhaka and Torreira will definitely be starting with the latter being in a good scoring touch as well.
There are reports in the media that Danny Ings has regained full fitness and if that’s the case, he will be Saints’ biggest threat.
Lacazette is our 3rd striker while we have Iwobi in as the only Arsenal player in the middle of the park.
INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Southampton are going through a managerial change and may take a week or two to come to terms to the philosophy of Ralph Hasenhüttl. While Arsenal already look well-oiled under Emery.
An Arsenal win.
