Watford fans may still be flying high in the sevenths heaven, refusing to come down to earth. Not after what happened this season in the Premier League, and more recently in the FA Cup.

Primed to struggle when their best player Richarlison opted to leave the club for a more optimistic project in Everton, Watford improved even further, winning more games than they were expected to.

Javi Garcia deserves all the praise for keeping the side motivated long after it moved away from the danger of the relegation, perhaps their first target in any season.

The icing on the cake came in the FA Cup. Though they avoided the big guns en route to the final it’s a remarkable achievement nonetheless. They deserve for the simple fact that they won games and some from not-so-good looking situations.

The biggest hurdle was in the semifinal as they faced the high-flying, and the candidate for the surprise packages of the season, Wolverhampton Wanderers. The club from the Midlands was the favorite to go through to the final prior to the start of the match.

Indeed, every prediction looked right when Wolves went two goals ahead through Matt Doherty (36′) and Raul Jimenez’s (62′) strikes.

But a certain La Masia product was on the Wembley pitch and he didn’t disappoint.

Gerard Deulofeu (79′, 104′) scored two brilliant goals on either side of Troy Deeney’s 94th-minute penalty to snatch an unlikely victory from the jaws of the defeat.

Watford can still make this season a memorable one. They can still clinch the 7th place finish in the Premier League, while anything can happen in the FA Cup final

Arsenal meanwhile are not meeting their primary target of the season. At least according to the current table where they are sitting sixth.

Getting to the Champions League is of paramount importance for Unai Emery and Arsenal to show improvement.

However, despite Arsenal sitting two places down the top-four, they are just four points adrift of Tottenham Hotspur in 3rd place.

Also, Emery can finish the first season at the Emirates Stadium with a trophy as Arsenal are very much alive in the Europa League. The Gunners should qualify to the semifinals after beating Napoli 2-0 in the first leg.

ARS vs WAT Dream11 TEAM NEWS: Injuries and Suspensions
Watford vs Arsenal Team News:

Watford:
Injured –
Watford will be without Jose Holebas, Tom Cleverley and Domingos Quina for the home clash against Arsenal.
Cleverley is recovering from a calf problem, Quina a shoulder injury and Holebas suffered a hamstring injury in the FA Cup semifinal win over Wolves.
Suspended – None.
Questionable – Three more players are in doubt for this game. Wembley hero Gerard Deulofeu is having an issue with his ankle, while Isaac Success, Kiko Femenia and Adalberto Penaranda are all carrying knocks and will be monitored before the match.

Note: Javi Garcia will most likely name the same XI which started at Wembley. Capoue and Doucoure will be partnering in the midfield, while Pereyra and Hughes will provide the attacking along with Deeney and Deulofeu (if fit).
Key Players – Troy Deeney, Gerard Deulofeu

Arsenal:
Injured – As for Arsenal, there are no fresh injury concerns ahead of this match. Though, long-term absentees Rob Holding, Danny Welbeck, and Hector Bellerin remain on the sidelines.
Suspended – Sokratis Papastathopoulos’ yellow card against Everton means he reached his fifth booking of the season and thus will be serving a one-game ban here.
Questionable – Granit Xhaka missed the last couple of games and he remains a doubt for this game.
Note: Lucas Torreira returns from a three-game ban and could come straight into the XI. Another player who will be hoping to keep his place in the starting XI is Mesut Ozil. But he faces competition from Mesut Ozil has enjoyed a decent run in the team of late but Henrikh Mkhitaryan and Alex Iwobi.
Key Players – Alexander Lacazette, Aaron Ramsey

ARS vs WAT Dream11 Playing 11 – (Probable) –
Watford– Foster (GK), Janmaat, Mariappa, Cathcart, Masina, Hughes, Doucoure, Capoue, Pereyra, Deeney, Deulofeu
Arsenal– Leno (GK), Mustafi, Koscielny, Monreal, Maitland-Niles, Ramsey, Torreira, Kolasinac, Iwobi, Mkhitaryan, Aubameyang

ARS vs WAT Dream11 FANTASY TEAM:

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Despite Watford’s good view on the table, they have lost a bit of momentum of late. The FA Cup could be the reason as Javi Garcia flirted with the starting XI before the cup games.
Also, the Hornets have a pretty poor record against Arsenal, even at home. They have lost four times in the last five home games against Gunners.
But there is always a reason to feel optimistic ahead of the new encounters, and Watford have actually. The biggest is Arsenal’s dwindling away form which reads only five wins in 15 away games.
A poor return indeed. A Cause for concern for Unai Emery.
But we back the away team to end that skid here.
