Everything. Dreams. Aspirations. Ambitions. Goals. This is it. It’s the Euro. UEFA’s quadrennial global showpiece event. Croatia are sitting at the top in Group E, but their situation is precarious. They could yet drop out of the top two, and miss out on the prestigious tournament. But for that to happen, Slovakia must win at HNK Rijeka Stadium Rujevica, and then beat Azerbaijan in the last game. A simple calculation, but not straightforward by any means because this is Croatia we are talking about, a team full of world-renowned stars on their roster. What’s important is that they have everything to play for and will be lining up for this game in front of their home fans.
