DDFC vs KBFC Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
With the season heading towards its culmination, both Delhi Dynamos and Kerala Blasters will be looking for a morale-boosting when they clash in the National capital at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, New Delhi, on Thursday evening (IST).

Delhi Dynamos:

So far this season:
The season has gone as bad as it could have for Delhi Dynamos as they sit 2nd from the bottom as things stand in the Indian Super League. The side from the national capital has won just once this season, accumulating only seven points from the 12 games heading into their next encounter.

But a big point to highlight is that the sole win was achieved only in the last match, an away 1-3 win against the struggling defending champions Chennaiyin FC.

Lucky manager:
All the while, despite going on the longest winless streak in the history of ISL, Delhi Dynamos’ head coach Josep Gombau has maintained that the brand of football his team has played this season isn’t a good value for their current position on the Indian Super League table.

This could be a statement from a man coming under immense pressure in his job and defending his own tactics and approach. In a season, where a handful of managers have been shown the back door and sacked, the 42-year-old Spanish manager is lucky to some extent to come this far in this campaign.

But Delhi are not showing any signs that they want to part ways with Gombau and it seems that they are going to see out the campaign together.

Still, a lot can be achieved:
The playoff chances are almost gone. Even if Delhi win all their matches, they would need some great collapse from more than one team to stand any chance of getting into the top-4. Though, a top-7 finish should be seen as good progress, considering how the season has panned out and where they finish last season.

Chennaiyin FC:
The great fall:
Chennaiyin FC entered the season as defending champion and one of the early-season favourites for the league title.

However, the defence was as weak as Mike Ashley’s desire to spend money on new players at Newcastle United. They started the campaign with three straight defeats and that was pretty much it, they have been chasing shadows since then.

At the moment, the reigning ISL champions are sitting at the foot of the table with just one win and a meagre five points from the first 13 games.

Can Chennai avoid the tag of worst performing team in the history of ISL?
NorthEast United’s tally of 3 wins and 11 points remains the worst return for any team during the league stage of the campaign. John Gregory’s team has five points and need another seven from their remaing five games to avoid the unwanted tag of the worst performing team in ISL history.

DDFC vs KBFC Dream11 TEAM NEWS: Injuries and Suspensions
Delhi Dynamos vs Kerala Blasters Team News:

Delhi Dynamos:
Injured –
Twenty-six-year-old Spanish winger Adria Carmona, who can also play as an attacking midfielder, is the only major injury concern for the hosts ahead of this match.

SuspendedNone.
Questionable – None.
Note: Delhi’s current apathy in the ISL table is down to the form of their attacking players. None of them has really taken the mantle of being a leader. Andrija Kaliderovic is one of those players who have failed big time. The Serbian is no longer with the club as he has been released from his contract and has signed with Croatian club NK Inter ZapreÅ¡ić.
Also, Gombau has some decision to make. If he chooses Dorronsoro as his goalie, he will have to sacrifice in other areas due to the foreign quota. Also, Gianni Zuiverloon and Marti Crespi are expected to start at the back.
Key Players – Lallianzuala Chhangte, Ulises Dávila

Kerala Blasters:
Injured – No injury concerns for Kerala Blasters ahead of this match.
Suspended – None.
Questionable – None.
Note: Kerala Blasters’ new head coach Nelo Vingada must be pleased with the performance of two young players. Sahal Abdul Samad and Prasanth Karuthadathkuni both shone in the last game and should feature prominently in this game as well.
Key Players – Matej Poplatnik, Slavisa Stojanovic

DDFC vs KBFC Dream11 FANTASY TEAM:

Delhi Dynamos FANTASY PREDICTION:
Even the home has felt like an unchartered zone for Delhi Dynamos this season. The form is the reason why the fans have stayed away from the home matches. Though a win can certainly win the supporters’ trust back.
We are backing Delhi not to lose this match.
