LIV vs WAT Dream11 Match Prediction

LIV vs WAT Dream11: The top meets the bottom in the Premier League this weekend as table-topper Liverpool host bottom-rooted Watford at Anfield with both the teams looking for a win to move towards their respective goals.

The goal for Liverpool is to end the 30-year barren period without a league title, which, from what we have seen so far from them and champions Manchester City and the shape of the table coming into this match, looks like ending this season. It should be for Liverpool, the title, for the Reds, may not find themselves in a more advantageous position than they are now, destined to be at the top of the table after Christmas period even if they go with an all losing run into the new year. As things stand, Leicester City poses the immediate challenge, but they are 8 points behind and will be facing an acid test of their credentials as the Foxes visit the Etihad Stadium next week.

As mentioned, Watford are propping up the table, and are already with their third manager this season. The task at hand for Nigel Pearson is huge, but it will not be decided by how his team fares at Anfield or against the big boys, but what Watford do and manage from the games against their direct rivals.

Liverpool vs Watford team news:

Liverpool team news: Jurgen Klopp confirmed that Dejan Lovren will miss the match having sustained a muscle injury in the midweek Champions League clash against Red Bull Salzburg.

Joel Matip remains out due to a knee injury until next year, while midfielder Fabiho and right-back Nathaniel Clyne are also still on the sideline.

Likely changes: One change will surely happen at the back with Joe Gomez getting the start at the back due to Lovren's absence. The front three will pick themselves up, while the midfield may or may not see a change. If a change comes, it will most probably be Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain for Naby Keita.

Liverpool key players:
Sadio Mane: 09 Goals.
Mohamed Salah: 07 Goals.
Roberto Firmino: 04 Goals.

Watford team news: If Nigel Person's job was already hard, the lengthy injury list only strangles him further. The former Leicester City manager will be without striker Danny Welbeck (hamstring), midfielders Tom Cleverley (heel injury) and Jose Holebas (ankle injury), and centre-back Sebastien Prodl (knee injury).

Daryl Janmaat, Roberto Pereyra and Adam Masina will be evaluated before the game, but centre-back Craig Dawson is available for selection having recovered from a head injury.

Watford key players:
Sergio Castel Martínez: 05 Goals.
Isaac Vanmalsawma: 01 Goals.
Aniket Anil Jadhav: 01 Goal.
Farukh Choudhary: 01 Goal.

Liverpool have lost just once at home to Watford in the Premier League era, and we can't see that changing here. A win for the hosts is our call.
