Paul Pogba came off the bench and had an impressive 20 odd minutes against Tottenham that should earn him a spot in the starting eleven. With Pogba in the side either Fred or Scott McTominay will have to settle for the bench. Daniel James had a poor game the last time around and could be dropped while making way for Mason Greenwood. Victor Lindelof sustained a knock in the last game but could be fit to start. Bruno Fernandes is expected to continue as the play maker, while Marcus Rashford an Anthony Martial should lead the charge.
John Fleck returned to the starting eleven from injury but didn't have much to offer as his side was put aside 3-0 by Newcastle. Their key man in defence John Egan was sent off as well which makes matters worse for Chris Wilder. Jack O'Connell was on the sidelines for Sheffield United's last two games but could be back on the team sheet here. Goalkeeper Dean Henderson will be missing out here due to the terms in his loan agreement from his parent club Manchester United, with Simon Moore expected to feature in between the sticks. John Lundstram could come in place of Berge, while David McGoldrick is in doubt to start as well.
