MUN vs VAL Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Manchester United will be aiming for a top spot in their Champions League group when they face Spanish outfit Valencia in their last group game at Mestalla, in Valencia, on Wednesday night (IST).

Valencia:
Well, it’s been a decent Champions League outing for Valencia this season, as they have achieved a result which was perhaps the real target for them at the start of their European journey.

A third place is guaranteed for Marcelino and his men after a no-show for Swiss Champions Young Boys in the competition, who are without a win and remain on just one point. While the Los Che are on five points and they can’t catch 2nd placed United. So the pride is all the hosts will be playing for when they host English giants Manchester United in the last group match at Mestalla.

Last season was seen as a game changer for Valencia as they enjoyed a stellar campaign, winning 22 times and finished at 4th with 73 points, only three and six points adrift of Atletico and Real Madrid in the table.

So big things were expected from this team. But it was just a prediction which never came into reality. At this moment, Valencia are struggling to even break into the top half of the table and sit at 15th with 18 points and a huge 8 points away from the last Champions League spot.

Manchester United:
Manchester United are almost out of Premier League title race even before the competition reaches the halfway stage. Liverpool and Manchester City’s near-perfect start coupled with United’s own issues both on and off the pitch have derailed the campaign for Jose Mourinho and his team.

More so, the gap between them and the Champions League places is widening with each passing week. And if Mourinho doesn’t change his club’s dire state sooner, the football fans and the pundits are predicting that this could be the end for the once “Special One” at Old Trafford.

As things stand in the Premier League, the Red Devils remained 6th in the table after Everton could only manage a draw against Watford. While the three-time winners have already secured a passage into the knockout rounds of Champions League. Also, there is a slight chance of them topping their group and for that to happen, Mourinho’s men must beat Valencia at Mestalla and hope Juventus lose against Young Boys.
Surreal!

MUN vs VAL Dream11 TEAM NEWS: Injuries and Suspensions
Valencia vs Manchester United Team News:

Valencia:
Injured Valencia have their own issues at the back with Gabriel Paulista remaining sidelined with an injury.
Suspended – Jose Gaya, meanwhile, is suspended.
Questionable – Kevin Gameiro and Jeison Murillo have been listed as doubtful by the home team due to adductor and ankle injuries respectively, and are expected to be assessed ahead of the match.
Note: Considering this is a home game, manager Marcelino is expected to name his strongest possible XI.
Key Players – Batshuayi, Moreno

Manchester United:
Injured – Manchester United are short on defence with Victor Lindelof, Chris Smalling and Luke Shaw all out injured.
Suspended – None.
Questionable – Eric Bailly starred against Arsenal but remains questionable for this match.

Note: Jose Mourinho has already confirmed that star midfielder Paul Pogba will be starting the match against Valencia. The former Juventus star hasn’t started the game for his team in the last two matches.

There could be other changes as well considering that the North West Derby against Liverpool is on the horizon and Mourinho may prefer to keep his stars fresh for that crunch game.
Sergio Romero could feature, replacing David de Gea while Andreas Pereira is also in contention to play.
Key Players – Pogba, Lukaku

MUN vs VAL Dream11 Playing 11 – (Probable) –
Valencia– Neto (GK), Wass, Garay, Diakhaby, Gaya; Soler, Kondogbia, Parejo, Guedes; Batshuayi, Moreno
Manchester United Romero (GK), Dalot, Bailly, Jones, Young; Pereira, McTominay, Pogba; Mata, Lukaku, Rashford

MUN vs VAL Dream11 FANTASY TEAM:

Team 1:

Mourinho has already told that he would be looking to make changes, however Paul Pogba will start. While Fred and Pereira will be expected to partner him in the middle. From Valencia, Kondogbia is always a threat while Wass is one of the most versatile players at Mestalla.

Team 2:
Batshuayi and Lukakau are due for game time and we expect it to happen in this match.
Soler and Parejo will be pulling the strings in the middle, while Lingard replaces Pereira.
The backline is a tough one to call considering the big injury list at United. But Bailly is expected to start.
