NEUFC vs JFC Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
The reigning English Champions Jamshedpur FC will be at home when they host NorthEast United in the Premier League at Etihad Stadium, in Manchester, tomorrow on Saturday evening (IST).

Jamshedpur FC:
Jamshedpur managed a fifth-place finish last seaosn, which was a very good achievement considering they were drafted into the Indian Super League only last season. As things stand, the Men of Steel are fourth with 14 points from the first nine games. So it’s a return which is slightly better than the last term, and in context, improvements have certainly been made by the club.

César Ferrando’s team played host to the defending champions Chennaiyin FC in the last match and won 3-1 to register their first win since 1st November.

Pablo Morgado’s stunning long-range goal gave the side an early lead in the 14th minute. Carlos Calvo doubled the advantage from the penalty spot just before the half-hour mark. The visitors threatened a comeback when they were awarded a penalty which Raphael Augusto (68’) converted successfully, Mario Arques’ goal three minutes later sealed all the three points for the hosts.

NorthEast United:
NorthEast United won their third game in the last four after beating Pune City 0-2 on the road in the last game. With 17 points from the first 8 games, the Highlanders are now 3rd in the table, level on points with FC Goa who have played a game more than them.

Eelco Schattorie has done wonders with the club since his appointment back in August. The former United SC manager was always fighting a big battle, considering the budget of NorthEast and also a disappointing pre-season where his team failed to get practice matches against the quality opponents, meant that the club was short on the momentum.

However, one ray of hope was that the Highlanders could never perform worse than they did during the last season, just 11 points from the 18 games and only three wins what they achieved in the 2017-18 campaign.

United have already bettered their points tally of the last season in the first 8 games, and with Ogbeche playing at a different level, the sky should be the limit for this team this season.
