RB vs RS Dream11 Prediction: Real Betis welcome Real Sociedad as they face each other in the sixth round of La Liga. Real Betis will be happy with their start to the season overall, although they will feel that their loss to Getafe could have been avoided. Apart from that, they only lost to Real Madrid where they were scrapping towards a win but an 82nd-minute penalty to the Los Blancos meant they lost 3-2. They have since beat Valencia 2-0 and now sit in 4th place after disappointingly finishing 15th last season. As far as Real Sociedad are concerned, they have lost just one game this season which came in the form of a 1-0 loss to Valencia as they also managed to hold champions, Real Madrid, to a 0-0 draw. They beat Getafe 3-0 which puts them in 6th place, level on points with Atletico Madrid and above Barcelona. Both sides will fancy their chances on Sunday night and there is very little to separate the two teams. Betis and Sociedad have been the underdogs with some very good players but will now look to assert their dominance on the league.

Despite being evenly matched, Real Betis have the slightly better odds at 2.64 with Real Sociedad to win at 3.00. Both will have different motivations but the same goal in mind. Betis need to establish themselves as the dark horse in Spain as they do possess the talent both in terms of players and the manager. As for Sociedad, they are already a force to be reckoned with in La Liga but with players like Mikel Oyarzabal, David Silva and Cristian Portu, they will definitely want more than just that. A top-four spot is very much on the cards for them provided they start winning matches like this one and the last meeting between the two sides saw Betis sweep Sociedad away with three goals. Both sides can look at positive results and performances from this season as they go for the win. A scoring draw seems like the likeliest result given the current forms and quality of the players. But it won’t be a surprise if one of the sides nicks a result in towards the end. Check out our RB vs RS Dream11 Match Prediction
Mikel Oyarzabal – Mikel Oyarzabal is Real Sociedad through and through. Graduating from their youth set-up, Oyarzabal has gone on to represent The White and Blues 200 times at the young age of 23. He has also scored 51 goals, providing 36 assists in his career, with 12 goals and 12 assists coming last season. He has already made an impression this season by getting off the mark in terms of both goals and assists.
Joaquin – The 39-year-old veteran enter his fifth year at the club and will look to take charge as he captains his side against Sociedad. Playing on the left-flank, Joaquin scored 10 goals last season and has chalked up one assist for this season that came in a 2-0 win over Valencia. Despite being 39, Joaquin is still going strong and Real Sociedad will do very poorly to underestimate him.
Cristian Portu – Cristian Portu signed for Sociedad last summer and has already provided 18 goal contributions (9 goals and 9 assists) in all competitions. The 28-year-old has already scored this season with goals against Getafe and Elche. He will be one to watch out for, for Real Betis.
X-factors (differential picks)
Nabil Fekir – Once a highly touted player, Nabil Fekir seems to have gone under the radar since his move to Betis. He will look to change that by helping The Green and Whites to a top-half finish this season. He has already gotten a goal and assist with contributions against Real Valladolid and Real Madrid.
David Silva – David Silva is a man whose reputation precedes him. He has had an incredible career at Manchester City where he scored 77 times and provided 140 assists. He now comes to ply his trade in the league where it all began for him and while he hasn’t provided a goal contribution yet, it is only a matter of time before he does.
Borja Iglesias – Having signed for Betis in August 2019, Borja Iglesias has not quite impressed so far with just 6 goals and 5 assists all season. He will treat this as a do or die season with Betis and do all he can to improve those numbers. Linking up with the likes of Fekir and Joaquin, Borja Iglesias will look for vulnerabilities in the Sociedad backline and exploit them.
