An upbeat AC Milan will look to CIT short the gap between them and their neighbours when they undertake a tough trip to Roma on Sunday.
AC Milan sit fourth in the points table with just one more point than their next opponents, AS Roma. Milan have had quite a good run of form collecting seven points from their last three that included a draw against second-placed Napoli. Gattuso and his men have had a topsy turvy season so far with this little run of form being arguably their best run. This also includes a 2-0 win over Napoli in the quarterfinals of the Coppa Italia. Though high on confidence, they’re very well aware of the threat Roma pose to them. Gattuso will know that even a draw against Roma tomorrow will keep themselves on their track for a top-4 finish.
AS Roma play host to their closest rivals in the points table after hitting arguably their lowest point in a decade or so. A 1-7 thumping that nobody expected at the hands of Fiorentina in the Coppa Italia quarter finals has left Roma shell-shocked to say the least. A meeting that Roma would have wanted to enter being better than their own best will now see them reeling desperately to somehow avoid further humiliation.

ROM vs MIL Dream11 TEAM NEWS: Injuries and Suspensions
AS Roma vs AC Milan Team News:
Injured: Under, Perotti, and Juan Jesus are all ruled out of the squad owing to injuries.
Suspension: There is some more trouble in store for Roma as N’Zonzi and Cristante both face suspensions to see themselves sit out of the lineup against AC Milan.
Questionable: Eusebio de Francesco has brought in two academy players but a place for them in the starting XI looks uncertain.
Key Players: Kolarov and Faraone
Note: Edin Dzeko has been included in the squad to face AC Milan. He has been given two-game ban, but it only includes Coppa Italia matches.
Injury: Christian Zapata and Pepe Reina have been left out of the squad due to injuries as stated in the Club’s official tweet. Also, Andrea Conti has returned to the squad after a prolonged absence due to injury.
Questionable: Gattuso had to see Gonzalo Higuain leave which meant he opened the door to his January signing Krzysztof Piatek, who made full use of the chance netting a brace in the game against Napoli. It remains to be seen though whether he gets a start ahead of Patrick Cutrone or not.
Key Players: Bakayoko and Cutrone
AS Roma: Olsen (GK); Kolarov, Marcano, Manolas, Karsdorp; De Rossi, Pastore; Faraone, Pellegrini, Zaniolo; Schick
AC Milan: Donnarumma (GK); Rodriguez, Musacchio, Mauri, Abate; Calhanoglu, Bakayoko, Paqueta; Borini, Cutrone, Suso
AS Roma’s close to impressive season has come to a crashing halt. A draw against Atalanta followed by a crushing exit from the Coppa Italia has put Roma in the backseat. AC Milan have been exactly on the other end of things, winning three of their last four and drawing one is as good as perfect for Gattuso’s men. But given Roma’s desperation for a revival, winning won’t be easy for AC Milan. Keeping that in mind, we expect it to end in a 2-2 draw.
