 Wigan Athletic: Leonardo Da Silva Lopes and Kal Naismith are both doubtful to play this game because of their fitness concerns for the guests. Sam Morsy is most likely to start this game off from the bench after a terrible display in the last game which could see Callum Connolly getting the nod in the starting lineup for this game.

Stoke City: Moritz bauer and Bojan could make in the starting lineup as the hosts are desperate to win their first game in the league. Mame Biram Diouf could also feature in this game to provide support to Benik Afobe and Saido Berahino in the front.
