Meanwhile, Borussia Dortmund have now got five wins on the bounce and returned to football in grand manner as they beat city rivals Schalke 4-0. It was Erling Haaland, Thorgan Hazard and a brace by Raphael Gurreiro that places their side at second with 54 points, while being four points adrift Bayern Munich.

Wout Weghorst has undergone his suspension and could be named in the teamsheet. William has an ACL tear, while, Ignacio Camacho sustained an ankle injury which puts him on the sidelines as well. Josuha Guilavogui's knee injury puts him out as well but could soon be back in the squad.Yannick Gerhardt has suffered a facial fracture and might have to wear a special mask. Marin Pongracic is likely to feature with John Brooks in the line of defence. Xaver Schlager has recovered from his groin injury, while Admir Mehmedi could also be in the team sheet after overcoming a thigh issue.
Erling Haaland is expected to feature up top once again as he looks to carry on his terrific goal scoring run. Emre Can and Giovanni Reyna should be returning to the squad after coming back from injury. Axel Witsel and Nico Schulz both missed out the game against Schalke due to a muscle injury and are still in doubt to start for their side. Marco Reus remains on the sidelines due to a muscle injury as well. Other than that, Dortmund should feature a similar starting eleven.
