Diego Maradona Issues Mea Culp over Referee Slur

The former world cup winning captain and former Manager of Argentina have now become a well-wisher of Columbians after their exit from the world cup. Maradona questioned the impartial referring in the round of 16, England vs Columbia. The match ended up with the most dramatic ending of football that is the penalty shoot-out where Maradona shoots his doubt over the referees. According to the Argentinean magician, “it was a daylight robbery”. Later on, Maradona issued an acknowledgement of guilty after questioning the integrity of the match officials.
