Egypt will be making their third appearance in the FIFA World Cup. They became the second team to qualify out of the African continent.
Being this their third appearance in the World Cup, Egypt is powered by one of the best players in the world, Mohamed Salah. Even though the Liverpool winger’s availability for the first game is in doubt, The Pharaohs are expected to give everything they have during the World Cup.
Their previous appearances have resulted in them being eliminated from the group stage and they wouldn’t want to repeat the same in Russia.
Egypt is clubbed in Group A with Uruguay, Russia and Saudi Arabia.
