The FIH Series is ready to see its final match between the host India and South Africa today in Bhubneshwar. After defeating Japan and the USA respectively in the semi-finals, both the teams are certain to grab one of the first two spots in the series. This series is an access key for the FIH Olympic qualifier which will take place this in October November.
India, which is a Pool A team was the first to reach in the semifinals after defeating Russia, Poland and Uzbekistan. In all the four matches it has played so far, India has won every single match. On the other hand, South Africa had a tough start in the tournament but losing its first two matches against USA and Japan, SA kicked off really well and made a terrific comeback winning later three matches consecutively.
