Rajasthan Royals are making a comeback after two years in the Indian Premier League. The Royals fans are eagerly waiting for the team to be back in action after serving suspension over alleged spot-fixing saga that rocked the tournament in 2013.
This year the team will be playing in Sawai Man Singh Stadium (SMS) Stadium in Jaipur after a gap of four years as the Rajasthan Cricket Association (RCA) and Rajasthan Royals signed a venue agreement on Wednesday.
Now the stadium will be hosting all the seven home matches of Rajasthan per the agreement signed by RCA President CP Joshi and Rajasthan Royals Chairman Ranjeet Barthakur in the presence of Rajasthan Sports Minister Gajendra Singh Khimsar.

BCCI had asked Rajasthan Royals to finish all the pending tasks in the stadium until 5th March. Joshi said that the joint efforts of RCA have helped in resolving the issues with BCCI and overcoming all the challenges. He added that ‘ache din’ for cricket is back.
Now the people of Jaipur would be able to watch all the matches once again who were deprived of watching IPL on their home ground. He also said that RCA would take all the possible steps to develop the game of cricket in the state. Rajasthan Royals are all set to begin their IPL campaign on April 9 where they take on Sunrisers Hyderabad.
An extremely joyous moment for the Royals!
