Bengaluru Bulls vs Tamil Thalaivas Match Preview, Team News, Lineups
Pro Kabaddi League 2018 | Bengaluru Bulls vs Tamil Thalaivas
Bengaluru Bulls will open their campaign for this year’s Pro Kabaddi league against Tamil Thalaivas who will be playing their fourth straight game at their home in Chennai.
After making it to the super playoffs in the first two seasons of Pro Kabaddi, they have failed miserably in the last two seasons as they were unable to reach the playoffs and were taken down 11 times in the last season with only 8 wins to their name from 22 games.
To change their fortunes, they went big in the auctions by going for raider Kashiling Adake who will be partnering Rohit Kumar in the raid department and their partnership is tempted as one of the most lethal pairings this year. With a stacked raiding department their offence would be one to watch out for this year.
Tamil Thalaivas meanwhile will look for some changes in their side after two back to back defeats at the hands of UP Yoddha and Telugu Titans. They were riding high on confidence after taming the reigning champions Patna Pirates on the opening day but are looking clumsy now with fatigue coming into play.

When: October 10, 09:00 PM, IST
Where: Jawahar Lal Nehru Indoor Stadium, Chennai
Bengaluru Bulls: WWWWL
Tamil Thalaivas: WLWLL
Bengaluru Bulls: They have the most lethal raiding duo which means they are supposed to get more raid points rather than the tackle points. They lack firepower in defence but are capable of going long way with their offence.
Tamil Thalaivas: After two back-to-back defeats their campaign looks baffled which means there are going to be some changes in the starting 7 and the substitute players as well. Athul S impressed in the second half of the match as he got 7 raid points to his name and played a part in the match against Telugu Titans is expected to keep his place in the starting 7.
Bengaluru Bulls: Rohit Kumar(c), Anand V, Anil, Harish Naik, Jawahar Vivek, Kashiling Adake, Ajay, Pawan Kumar Sherawat, Rohit, Sumit Singh, Ashish Kumar, Mahendra Singh Dhaka, Nithesh BR, Raju Lal Choudhary, Ravi, Mahender Singh, Sandeep, Amit Sheoran, Ankit, Dong Ju Hong, Gyung Tae Kim, Jasmer Singh Gulia, Mahesh Maruti Magdum
Tamil Thalaivas: Ajay Thakur(c), Amit Hooda, Manjeet Chillar, Anand, Chan Sik Park, Sukesh Hegde, Anil Kumar, Sunil, Jasvir Singh, D Gopu, K Jayaseelan, Athul MS, Victor Onyango, Surjeet Singh, Abhinandan Chandel, Darshan J, Jae Min Lee, Vimal Raj V.
Tamil Thalaivas: Ajay Thakur(c), Surjeet Singh, Manjeet Chillar, J Darshan, Jasvir Singh/MS Athul, Amit Hooda, C Arun.
Bengaluru Bulls: Rohit Kumar(c), Ashish Kumar, Mahender Singh, Nitesh BR/Raju Lal Chaudhary, Jasmer Singh Gulia, Dong Ju Hong, Pawan Kumar Sherawat.
Defenders: Among the defenders, you can go with Mahender Singh, Amit Hooda and J Darshan. Darshan has been doing the best with the Tamil Thalaivas and gaining some tackle points on his behalf for the team. He has been a fine partner for Amit Hooda who is defending from the right corner with 11 tackle points to his name thus far. We are also going with Mahender Singh who will be the key defender for the Bulls who are playing their first game. Among the substitution changes, you may opt for C Arun, D Gopu, Nitesh BR.
All-rounders: Manjeet Chillar is our choice here who has got 11 raid points so far in 3 games. You can also go Jasmer Singh who is the prime all-rounder for the Bulls this year.
Raiders: Among the raiders, Kashiling Adake, Ajay Thakur, MS Athul and Rohit Kumar are the best choices.
Kashiling Adake after representing Dabang Delhi in first four seasons and UMumba in the previous season has been the stalwart of every season for his team emerging as the highest point maker in the raiding department.
Ajay Thakur has got two super 10s so far and is leading his troops with an example. Therefore, his inclusion in your fantasy team is very important.
MS Athul has impressed the most in the limited opportunities he has got so far, he has overtaken the reigns of Jasvir Singh and looking good enough to claim more tackle points.
Rohit Kumar the skipper of Bengaluru Bulls who was exceptional last year will look to carry forward his raiding form from the last year with his lethal frog jump tactics.
