Pro Kabaddi Winners List from 2014 to 2022

The Pro Kabaddi League (PKL) has been home to India’s biggest Kabaddi division as a number of teams from different corners of the nation compete to claim the ultimate prize. With 12 teams competing for the top honours here is a list of Pro Kabaddi winners.

Jaipur Pink Panthers were the inaugural champions of the Pro Kabaddi when they beat U Mumba in the final in a one-sided contest in the 2014 final. The disappointment of the final defeat did not last long as U Mumba would return to the final next year in 2015 and win their first title as they beat Bengaluru Bulls in a tight contest.

For the third season in a row, U Mumba made it to the final as they could have become the first team to defend the PKL crown but a defeat at the hands of Patna Pirates in Delhi saw them condemn to the runners-up spot.

The Pirates would then become the first team in history to defend the PKL title when they Jaipur Pink Panthers in the final of next season. The Pirates then made a hat-trick of wins when they got the better of Gujarat Fortune Giants in a one-sided contest to win the third consecutive title.

It was a hard pill to swallow for Gujarat Fortune Giants as they again lost in the final of the fifth season as Bengaluru Bulls got the better of them.

The next season saw Bengal Warriors win outclass Dabang Delhi in the final as they lost a narrow contest. However, they did not have to wait for a long time as they won the title in the eighth season of the PKL beating Patna Pirates by a point.
