The Dream may not look like a deep Postseason team but one thing is for sure, their defense has hit big strides and with Rhyne in the scene, they have become stricter on the perimeter. The play of Cheyenne Parker has been impressive on both ends of the floor. The rest of the unit has been either injured or has lacked cohesion but there have been some surprise high-yielding performers like Durr and Caldwell. Before their injuries, Kirsty Wallace was emerging as a wonderful rookie two-way player whereas Erica Wheeler was getting comfortable with the system.

Liberty has gotten in a groove

The Liberty were solely dependent upon Sabrina Ionescu having 20+ points nights to pull through on the offensive end but things have changed since then.
