The dream for the WNBA championship for the four remaining teams is closer and closer. In this game, CHicago Sky host the Connecticut in a series that is tied one-one. More about CHI vs CON Dream11 will be provided here.
It was clear in the last match that Chicago Sky has taken a toll due to a bust travelling schedule. The team has had to make multiple trips since last week and in Game 1, played in a double-Overtime against a physical Sun team. In the last game, the team was feeling its legs for sure and that showed with the shots falling short.
The last match was played at a pace that Sun likes and in the second half, the team took care of Sky’s running game. The strategy was simple, put more ball pressure on the Sky’s guards, especially Vandersloot, who fluffed the ball six times in the game. The Sun can play pincer defense and it is not a surprise they held Sky under 70 in last match.
So what adjustments will the Sky make at home floor? The squad certainly needs more from Diamond DeShields and Stefanie Dolson. Sun showed their depth in the last game with Alyssa Thomas killing the Sky. How will Sky tackle the physicality in the next game? Will Sun keep it in a 70-80 points range? We will find out!
Host: Chicago Sky Visitors: Connecticut Sun Match Timing: 03 October 2021, @ 10:30 PM Venue: Wintrust Arena
