CON vs DAL Dream11: The WNBA is past its midway stage and at this point, we are just a few days away from the All-Star affair. It is high time for teams to fix their woes as the time to make a comeback has shriveled significantly. In this game of the WNBA, Connecticut Sun is going to take on the Dallas Wings in what’d be the third game between the two squads.
The Sun has done a great job this season of improving the offense but their record is actually not on par with the last season. Connecticut has won 14 games and lost seven, but lately, they have lost their rhythm a bit, losing two of the last five games, but did win the last game 74:72 in OT as a Brionna Jones block gave them the game. On the other hand, the Dallas Wings have once again lost their rhythm, losing 12 and winning just 9 games. They have lost three in a row and they lost the last game 89:97 against the Sparks despite a 23 points performance by Arike Ogunbowale. Can the Wings get something going here?

What is up with Wings?
The Wings have looked off-color again this season. They started well but have lost eight out of their last 11 games. Their defense has been terrible and their offense also can take a backseat, considering how much they play on the isolation end. The frontline is a problem and the coaching staff is yet to figure out consistent combinations, shuffling the starting lineup rather way too much. Arike has been consistent but overall, the team has been just outmatched.
Sun can do better Connecticut has improved their offense, doing a decent job in terms of pushing the pace but they still lack the cohesion required to win the championship against the likes of the Sky. Jonquel Jones’ production is way down but Alyssa Thomas has been a huge spark and has earned her chops this season. Courtney Williams’ offense has gotten in the groove whereas Brionna Jones and DeWanna Booner have lost their offense a bit. Can Sun become more consistent on offense?
