ATL vs DAL Dream11: The WNBA’s All-Star voting has been done and we are bound to see some of the most glittering players during the All-Star Game. There have been some familiar faces figuring as the voting leaders in A’ja Wilson and Breanna Stewart, which is not a surprise at all. Is there any chance for the players to get in from either Dallas Wings or Atlanta Dream, two teams that will meet here?
The Wings have been a mixed bag as indicated by their eight wins and eight losses record. They have won two games in a row, unlocking their much-hyped three-point shooting. In the last game, they stole the show from the Sparks, winning 92:82 as Arike Ogunbowale exploded for 28 points. The Atlanta Dream has wasted a solid start and is now with seven wins and eight losses. They have lost their last four games. In their last game, they lost to Sky 100:106 despite a 21 points night by Ad Durr. Can the Dream snap their losing streak?

Wings need more consistency
The Wings offense has been clicking in from long range, and they have been second in three-point makes per game, with around 9 a game and a shooting percentage of 36.7% which is the second-best in the league. They are the second-best free-throw percentage team with around 80.7% of them. The Wings have three big weapons in Allisha Gray, Arike Ogunbowale, and Mabrey, all being incredible scorers.
Ogunbowale has been more consistent than earlier in the season and she keeps on making unbelievable long-range jumpers. Mabrey is important for the team, and when she was absent, the Wings lost their way a bit. Allisha needs to be more consistent whereas Kayla Thornton needs to attempt more shots. However, a bigger change is needed on the defensive end.
The Dream has lost their stream
The Dream began the season with seven wins and four losses, fielding what was then the best defense in the league. They were an inefficient team but their pace was number one in the league at that time. Their offense has improved since that time a bit and they are more patient with their execution but their defense has constantly dwindled, which has hampered their progress.
Rhyne Howard has been a huge factor on both ends but she still shows some rookie jitters. Cheyenne Parker has brought brilliant rebounding, defense and some quality scoring. However, apart from these two, scoring has been inconsistent but yes, recently, Ad Durr has shown a lot of promise, coming out of nowhere for a couple of 20+ points nights.
