DAL vs CON Dream11: We are into the Regular Season of the WNBA and this has been a great start to yet another promising season. The brilliant athletes of this league have gone through rigorous college programs or have been international stars. However, things are much tougher in the professional basketball scene. In this game, the Dallas Wings host the Connecticut Sun.
This is the second game between these two teams in two days and in the last game, the Dallas Wings pulled out a surprise away from the home win as they beat the Connecticut Sun 77:85 as Marina Mabrey scooped up 20 points and guards Allisha Gray and Arike Ogunbowale also did great jobs. The Sun’s offense took a holiday in the second half of the game, will it recover here?
Host: Connecticut Sun
Visitors: Dallas Wings
Match Timing: 27 May, @ 04:30 AM (+05:30 UTC)
Venue: Mohegan Sun Arena
Sun has a strong frontline, Wings can shoot from deep
The Wings look different than last season and one of the best parts about their current run has been the performance of Marina Mabrey who keeps on dipping big-time points. She made some brilliant turn-around fadeaways, pull-ups, and step-backs, and was one of the prime reasons for the second-half run by the Wings. Ogunbowale and Gray combined for 33 points, and this has been one of the best scoring balances the team has achieved all season long. The Dallas frontline also played tremendous defense limiting Thomas, Jones, and Thomas.
The Sun shot just 39.7% from the field and there is no doubt that their tough travel back from Indiana and the lack of rest could be felt especially late in the game. DeWanna Bonner shot just 1/6 whereas Alyssa Thomas shot 4/12, Jonquel Jones 5/11, and Williams 5/14. Natasha Hiedeman has been doing a great job as the guard scorer, knocking down threes and making tough drives as well. Yvonne Anderson, Brionna Jones, and DiJonai Carrington are incredible bench players so yes, the Sun despite the last loss looks intimidating.

Jonquel made five of her 11 shots and her production is a bit down as she is still finding her rhythm to start the season. I believe she will find the groove here and be in 17+ points and 9+ rebounds range. She can be selected as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 30-45
Arike has an incredibly loopy jumper and she can be a huge difference-maker on the offensive end through her versatile moves. I believe she will be in 18-25 points and 3-7 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 22-32
Thomas brings brilliant scoring, rebounding, and playmaking abilities and her all-around production has been huge so far. I believe she will be in 14-19 points, 5-8 rebounds, and 4-7 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-36
Mabrey has been in exceptional form to begin the season and she has even outscored prime scorer Arike many times with her immaculate shooting touch. I expect a 16-21 points and 3-6 assists range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 22-34
Bonner shot just 1/6 from the field but she is an incredible defender and will be looking to bounce back here. I believe she will be in 12-18 points and 3-5 rebounds range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 23-36
Gray is a two-way player who was huge in the last game and if she gets going, there is no stopping her at times. I believe she will be in 12-19 points and 4-7 rebounds range.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 16-32
