The WNBA Finals are here finally and what a fun-filled Playoffs we have had so far. Two teams remain and what exciting teams! In the first game of the Finals, Phoenix Mercury will take on Chicago Sky. More information about the PHO vs CHI Dream11 scenario will be imparted here.
Candace Parker has now gone to another Finals and Candace will be thrilled to acquire another championship. However, Griner will be standing in her way and she has been in an impeccable form.
Let us talk about the front-court situation, Griner-Turner face-off versus Stevens-Parker, all four players are capable rebounders and can produce both offense and defense. Griner will need to fight hard for a position against a physical Sky team. Why is it so? Because the Sky defense gave a physical Connecticut a run for the money inside.
The guard match-up is no less exciting, All-star talents Diggins-Smith and Taurasi take on Quigley-Vandersloot. All four are wonderful long-range shooters and it will be interesting to see how both teams respond at the perimeter. However, Mercury can get a ton of trouble from Kahleah Copper, who has led her team in scoring multiple times.
Both teams play contrasting styles of basketball, Mercury likes more set-pieces while Sky is a fast-paced team. However, it isn’t like both teams don’t switch the playing style from time to time, both of them have veteran players who can play both ways. Who has the edge? Hard to tell, A ton of exciting basketball ahead.

Brittney Griner has been Mercury’s most dominant player and deserves a place in the Dream11 Fantasy Basketball team.
Candace Parker’s all-around talent makes her a Super/Pro Player candidate.
*stats from last game*
Candace Parker has had a huge impact so far in the Playoffs. She has averaged 13.3 PPG, 8.3 RPG, and 5.0 APG so far. She has also had a huge impact defensively, averaging 2.0 BPG and 1.2 SPG. Can she enable Sky to a title?
Brittney has scored 20 or more points five out of seven times in the postseason. The dominant Center outplayed Liz Cambage in the last series. She has posted impressive averages of 21.0 PPG, 9.7 RPG, 3.7 APG, and 2.0 BPG. Can Griner bag a title in this series?
Courtney has shattered many records during the Postseason. She had an eighteen assists game earlier and she has also been dominant scoring-wise. The guard is averaging 14.0 PPG, 8.7 APG, 5.7 RPG, and 1.3 SPG in the Playoffs. Will the guard continue to give trouble to opposing perimeter defenders yet again?
Taurasi is a cold-hearted killer for the Mercury. How do you contain her when she makes jumpers in your face? The guard has averaged 19.7 PPG, 4.0 APG, and 4.0 RPG. If this is a close game then watch the ball fly off her hands and dip into the net.
Copper has brought her “A-game” to the Postseason and has stuffed the scoring column. The guard has led the Sky so far in scoring, posting averages of 18.0 PPG, 5.2 RPG, and 1.2 SPG.
Turner has been dominant in terms of rebounding and defense. Although her scoring is inconsistent, her presence has intimidated many inside players. She has averaged 10.4 PPG, 10.3 RPG, 2.3 BPG, and 1.0 SPG.
Azura is averaging 10.8 PPG, 7.2 RPG, and 1.0 SPG in the postseason. Big factor.
Diggins-Smith is the “X-Factor” of the series. Her averages so far are 14.6 PPG, 5.7 APG, and 3.6 RPG in the postseason.
Hot and cold shooter but when she gets on a shooting streak, watch out. She is averaging 13.3 PPG so far in the Playoffs.
Shey has been exceptional in terms of scoring in the postseason. She is averaging 7.6 PPG and 2.0 SPG in the Playoffs.
Diamond has been a tad quiet in the Playoffs but brings energy and athleticism off the bench. She is averaging 6.7 PPG so far.
