This is going to be a battle for third place as both teams will like to tournament on a high after getting trounced out of the Semi-Finals. Here, Senegal will take on Cape Verde to finish off its AfroBasket campaign. This game is going to be played in Kigali, Rwanda. More about SEN vs CPV Dream 11 will be given below.
Cape Verde exceeded expectations by making it to the Semi-Finals and even though their championship hopes are dashed, every team wants to leave a tournament with a win even if it is for third place. Senegal has played some inspirational basketball and they performed as expected winning all their games before running into the juggernaut in Ivory Coast during the Semis. If we talk about match-ups then the Center battle between Walter Taveres and Gorgui Dieng deserves a mention first up. Both players are averaging a double-double and have had an enormous impact at both ends of the floor. One of the major struggles for both teams has been inconsistent shooting at the two-guard position and their big players have carried the load. Nunes Xavier will need to shoot better for Cape Verde while Senegal will hope that Alga Ndiaye gets his act together. Senegal may have a slight edge but the Taveres’ led Cape Verde has surprised some big guns in the tournament. Who will win this penultimate battle of the day?
