The USA’s demolition job can’t be just captured in a simple description. Only Belgium and China could come as close as 15 points by the end of the game as Korea, Bosnia, and Puerto Rico suffered incomprehensible losses. With a bunch of creative guards surrounded by a loaded frontline, and a bench that is perhaps better than any first unit of other teams, it is difficult to see anyone stopping the USA from winning the title again.

Serbs have done well considering how their team has been reconfigured past the departure of Sonja Vasic and other senior players. Yvonne Anderson has taken the keys, Tina Krajisnkik has down well in low-post while Jovana Nogic has upped her game to assist the effort. Sasa Cado has been the major three-point threat but she can be iffy from there and overall, three-point shooting has been an issue. Serbs have done well but they have a long way to go and this game can most likely end their campaign.
