UTA vs DAL Dream11: The NBA Regular Season is not far away and the build-up to it has been again huge as the global reach of the basketball league keeps on increasing with each day. This is now a league viewed by people from 100+ countries and the action is going to peak once the Regular Season kickstart. But there are some Preseason games still remaining and in their last Preseason tussle, the Utah Jazz will take on the Dallas Mavericks.
The Jazz lost to the Spurs 104:111 in the last game despite a 18 points performance by Lauri Markkanen. On the flip side, the Mavericks lost to the Orlando Magic 105:110 despite a 23 points outburst by Christian Wood. Host: Utah Jazz Visitors: Dallas Mavericks Match Timing: 15 October, @ 06:30 AM Venue: Vivint Smart Home Arena
Jazz: Can be a long season After having the best record a couple of seasons ago and being the fourth seed last season, the Jazz has now entered the rebuild mode. They have broken the core of Donovan Mitchell, Rudy Gobert, and Mike Conley. They now have a unit that consists of Jordan Clarkson, Mike Conley, Colin Sexton, and Lauri Markkanen as the main players, which means they have a decent scoring lineup but their defense isn’t as effective. The bench looks so-so but let us see if the Jazz spring up a surprise considering they have decent experience.
Mavericks: Big Dreams Led by Luka Doncic, the Mavs made the Conference Finals last season but Jalen Brunson, a key part of the run was signed by the New York Knicks. The Mavericks acquired Christian Wood to addressed the lack of middle players and this can end up being a huge factor. Reggie Bullock and Dorian Finney-Smith will play a crucial role as defenders and as floor-spreaders. The defense looks solid but can Christian get it done on that end? Luka will be surely doing the usual damage but there is some doubt that if the Mavs can repeat last season’s heroics considering the loaded Western Conference. Spencer Dinwiddie and Tim Hardaway can provide instant offense.
