BOS vs LAL Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:
Two of the biggest teams in NBA will collide as Boston Celtics play host to Los Angeles Lakers in the regular season matchup at TD Garden, in Boston, Massachusetts, on Friday morning (IST).

Boston Celtics:
Season so far:
At the moment, Boston Celtics are 3rd in the Eastern Conference with a 35-19 record in the regular season.

Two other teams have so far stood out in the East, leaders Milwaukee Bucks and 2nd placed Toronto Raptors. Irrespective of Greens’ final position at the end of the regular season, they will have to face at least one of the above-aforementioned teams on their way to the Conference Championships.

Current form:
The 18-time NBA champions are on a five-game winning streak heading into their next match, the joint-best streak in NBA across both the conferences. Celtics didn’t need to be on their guards during that period as only Oklahoma City Thunder were the team who posed a real threat. They did win that game 134-129 at TD Garden with Kyrie Irving dropping a double-double.

Kyrie Irving – Out of LeBron James’ shadows!
As they say, the brave and aspiring men are always haunted by the idea of eternal glory. LeBron James, we all know about him. He is a legend, a kind player who arrives once in a lifetime. Kyrie Irving played for 3 years with the King, winning the 2016 NBA Championship.

However, Irving shocked the whole NBA world when he asked for a trade away from the Cavaliers and eventually arrived in Boston. The whole idea was to make a real name for himself and carry a team on his shoulder, just like what LeBron did in Cleveland.

He succeeded to some extent as Boston made it to the finals where they were knocked out by none other than James’ Cavaliers. Though, Irving missed the whole of the post-season with an injury.

This is the season now, where the 26-year-old could show the whole world that he is ready and more than capable of carrying a team forward and towards the ultimate glory.

Los Angeles Lakers:
Season so far:

It’s not looking good for the Los Angeles Lakers at the moment. A 27-27 record and a position outside of the playoff positions is not what a team which has Lebron James should be in at this point of the season.

The Showtime must rack up wins on a more consistent basis if they are to finish in the top-8 in the Western Confernece.

Regular Season Record-
Boston Celtics:
W-35, L-19
Los Angeles Lakers:
W-27, L-27

Players to watch out for:

Boston Celtics:
Kyrie Irving –
The 26-year-old is Boston Celtics’ best player this season. He remains the only player for the Greens to average in the 20s this season and is dropping 23.8 points per game. The 2016 NBA champion is a leading player in assists charts for the Greens.
Jayson Tatum – The young prodigy is taking his reputation to new heights with each passing week. The 20-year-old is consistent and a game-chnager on his day.

Los Angeles Lakers:
LeBron James –
A giant of a player whose mere presence on the court can send the ripple through opposition players’ heart. The three-time NBA Champion is a living legend and has already achieved the greatness about which most players can only dream about.
The 34-year-old is leading the scoring charts for the Lakers, averaging 26.9 points per game.
Kyle Kuzma –
A talented young player who has vast potential, and can become of the greats of his generation. The 23-year-old is Lakers’ second best player this season and is averaging 18.6 points per game.

BOS vs LAL Dream11 Fantasy Team:

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
Boston Celtics have a solid home record, winning 22 times of the 28 games they played at TD Garden. While the Showtime are not known for travelling and have a negative away record this season. But with LeBron James in the ranks, the visitors should be confident of a positive result in this match.
A win for the away team is our call.
