The trouble for the Nets last was the unavailability of their core players for majority of the season. Because when you have two best scorers of this generation in Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, a late Playoffs seed is surprising. Adding Ben Simmons gives the team electric defense, playmaking, rebounding, and inside scoring but it is the health of these three that will determine the course of the season. Royce O’Neale was a great pick-up in the offseason whereas the shooting trio of Seth, Patty, and Joe will be a handful alongside a stacked scoring lineup.
The Heat built a strong defensive reputation last season but in the Playoffs, Kyle Lowry’s offensive game took a holiday somewhere. Jimmy Butler remained the make-or-break player while Tyler Herro’s production was halted after he had a memorable Regular Season campaign. Bam Adebayo is a solid big the team has one of the best benches in the league. The questions are easy, can they build a unit that isn’t over-dependent on Butler? Can the Heat survive the packed East after an impressive 2021-2022 campaign?

Jimmy Butler(MIA) Jimmy is one of the best two-way players in the league and last season, he was once again the prime mover for the Heat on both ends. He is usually a candidate for Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.
Kevin Durant(BRK) KD is a BRKs scorer, he simply gets it done at a high clip and need not prove his value to anyone anymore, right now, it is all about the next championship. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 38-52
Bam Adebayo(MIA) Has Adebayo already hit his peak or there is more? Bam continues to be one of the strongest players who can go up for boards, play tough defense, and give viable scoring. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-39
Ben Simmons(BRK) When healthy, Ben is among the elite defenders, one of the best passers, and someone who can get in the paint and deal heavy damage. Can he prove that there is room for Guards that can’t shoot? Expected Fantasy Points Range: 30-42
Tyler Herro(MIA) Herro’s game took a leap last season and he became the best bench player offensively. Can he have another 20+ Points Per Game scoring season on the books? Expected Fantasy Points Range: 22-32
Nic Claxton(BRK) Nic gave amazing minutes at the big Forward position and he can carve out a big role in a squad that lacks size in the middle. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 24-35
PG: B Simmons, K Lowry SG: T Herro(PP) SF: K Durant(SP) PF: D Robinson C: B Adebayo, N Claxton, O Yurtseven
