How both fared in their respective Game-1?

Lithuania:

World No-6 Lithuania blitzed past Senegal in Game-1, winning the match by a whopping 101-47 scoreline.

Dainius Adomaitis’ men were so efficient on the court that they didn’t allow the African opponent more than 14 points in any quarter. A complete dominant show.

Canada:

Nick Nurse went within a whisker of scripting another David-vs-Goliath moment as his Canada recovered from a 19-point deficit to move one point clear of Australia at the start of the fourth quarter.

But the Boomers had too much class on their roster in the end and won the game 108-92 after a 32-15 win in the penultimate quarter.
