Indiana Pacers:

Indiana Pacers missed a glorious chance to win the four-game road trip when they fell to Sacramento Kings in the last match.

The 2000 Eastern Conference champions were on the road to face four Western Conference teams. Indiana won the first two against Utah Jazz and Phoenix Suns but lost the last two against Los Angeles Lakers and Sacramento Kings.

They remained fifth in the West with a 13-10 record, but their winning percentage is not at par what they achieved last season, something which should be a level playing ground for this franchise to judge the progress.

But one big point here is that they are still without Victor Oladipo, easily their best player. His return will only make the team stronger and more confident in the crucial phase of the game.

Chicago Bulls:

There’s no progress made by Chicago Bulls this season if we look at their current position in the table, or go by the recruitment made by them in the offseason.

Long gone are the days of Michael Jordan’s era when this franchise won six NBA championships in eight years. Since then it has been a decline, the one they are engulfed in right now. And there’s no hope at all.

Bulls lost their last match to Houston Rockets 121-105, and it was no surprise. However, the only number this franchise gained from that defeat was it stretched their losing streak to six now, the worst in NBA at this moment across both the confer. Can they get out of this slump? It doesn’t look like that at this moment.

But the worse is that in the next three games they will be up against some big teams. Time to pull the socks up!

Regular Season Record-
Indiana Pacers: W-13, L-10
Chicago Bulls: W-5, L-19

Players to watch out for:

Indiana Pacers:
Bojan Bogdanovic- Victor Oladipo is irreplaceable at Indiana Pacers and there shouldn’t be any doubt in this regard. However, the team has another star who is firing on all cylinders at the moment, Bojan Bogdanovic. The 29-year-old is averaging 16.0 points per game this season, scored 27 in the last match, while his average in the last 10 games in 19.1 which is significantly higher than his career average which is 12.3 points per game.
Domantas Sabonis – He normally plays from the bench, but he is more than just a stringer. The 22-year-old has been quite consistent in all the matches he played this season. His average for the season is 14.5, and even from the bench, he is racking up 10.1 rebounds per game. Quite phenomenal.

Chicago Bulls:

Zach LaVine – For a team struggling to hit any stride, Zach LaVine is doing wonders, to say the least. He is just 23 and is averaging 25 points per game, while his team is reeling at the foot of the table. It’s only a matter of time when a big team comes calling for his signature.
Jabari Parker – The next best player in Chicago Bulls is Parker, who has taken his game to new heights in the last 10 games or so. In those matches, his average is 19.2 points per game. Certainly a player in good form.

Indiana Pacers:
Injured – Victor Oladipo hasn’t played since injuring his knee in the 97-89 win over Atlanta Hawks. He lasted only five minutes in that match, and the recent update is that the 26-year-old has been listed as out for an indefinite period.
Questionable – None at this moment.
Suspended – None.

Chicago Bulls:
Injured – Three Chicago players are definitely out – Bobby Portis and Kris Dunn both are suffering from a knee injury.
Denzel Valentine hasn’t played a single game this season as the 25-year-old hasn’t recovered from an ankle injury he suffered in the offseason.

Questionable – None at this moment.
Suspended – None.
