DAL vs GSW Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Golden State Warriors will look to keep the winning momentum going when they host bottom-rooted Dallas Mavericks in a regular season NBA match at Oracle Arena, in Oakland, California, United States, on Sunday morning (IST).

DeMarcus Cousins returned to the starting line-up and played a key role in the match as Golden State Warriors beat Indiana Pacers 112-89 at Oracle Arena.

Cousins missed the game against Minnesota Timberwolves due to an ankle injury but recovered in time to play at home. He also added a team-high 11 rebounds to his efforts.

This was an important win for the two-time defending champions as the Dubs maintained their half-game lead over Denver Nuggets intact, improving their regular season record to 49-22. Nuggets are on a six-game streak at the moment and have an identical record at 49-22.

Warriors had all their starters scoring in the double-digits with Curry (15 pts), Green (10 pts), Durant (15 pts) and Thompson (18 pts) all chipping in with a good contribution.

While Dallas Mavericks suffered yet another defeat as they went down 116-100 against Sacramento Kings at Golden 1 Center.

Dallas were in the game at half time as they trailed by just two points going into the break. But Kings upped the ante at the start of the 3rd quarter, pacing away to an 18-5 run and never looked back. It was a game!

Buddy Hield and Marvin Bagley did most of the damage with the former scoring a game-high 29 points, while Bagley dropped 22 points and 12 rebounds.

Regular Season Record-
Golden State Warriors:
W-49, L-22
Dallas Mavericks:
W-28, L-44

Players to watch out for:

Golden State Warriors:
Stephen Curry –
Scored 15 points in the last match, and didn’t really need to flex his muscles as Warriors suffocated Pacers for the most of the game. The two-time NBA MVP is averaging a team-high 27.9 points per game. His contribution goes beyond just points though, as his presence on the court is more than enough to put off most teams.
Kevin Durant – His future is still a big mystery but Warriors will have to do everything to make him stay in Oakland, after all, there are not many players who can fill the “Durant hole”. The former Oklahoma City Thunder superstar is averaging 27.0 points per game.

Klay Thompson –
With Kevin Durant struggling for fitness and consistency of late, Klay Thompson is a good option to look up to when things go out of control on the court. He is as important a player on Warriors’ roster as are Kevin Durant and Stephen Curry. The 27-year-old is good with the ball, both inside the paint and beyond the arc. He recently buried his 200th 3-pointer of the season and became just the 2nd player in the history to rack up that many baskets in a single.

Dallas Mavericks:
Luka Doncic –
The shining light in Dallas Mavericks’ below average season is Luka Doncic. The 20-year-old Slovenian superstar is a frontrunner for the NBA rookie of the year award, and that tells about how great an impact he is having with Dallas Mavericks. The rookie point guard is racking up 21.0 points per game this season.

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

A home game against one of the worst performing sides in NBA, Golden State Warriors are definitely an outright favorite in this match. But there can always be unexpected results, and Warriors have suffered some this season.
However, at home, we don’t think the Dubs would suffer from that fate and back Steve Kerr’s men to win the match.
