DAL vs PHX Dream11: The NBA midseason is here and this is the time when we can see some teams pulling the plug and many squads can make a bunch of trades. These trades are done to address a bunch of issues, sometimes it is to fill the gaps in the rosters, sometimes it is to move away from some contracts, and sometimes it can be due to the disagreements between players and management. The field for an NBA game is set in the offices, beyond the tables and these negotiations paint the picture of a team over the years. In this contest, the two teams who meet here may not need to make major moves before the trade deadline.
Mavericks have won 25 games and 19 losses which is a huge improvement since mid-December. They have won 10 games and lost just one during their amazing eleven-game stretch, most of it propelled by some elite defense. Dallas has emerged as a strong team due to its status as a defensive-minded team.
The Suns have won 34 games and lost just 9 games, the only team not to lose 10 games in this league, which says a lot about their status. The Suns have won seven out of the last eight games and well, for a team that has almost gone on a 20-game winning streak, you shouldn’t be surprised by this sort of production.

Mavericks: The recent surge should be taken seriously by contenders
I am highly impressed by the defensive discipline of this Dallas team and it is not recently that they have picked up their defensive game, it has been the template since the beginning of the season. With a closer like Luka Doncic, it is a matter of maintaining a 4-6 points lead and he can cap it off with some late-game shots, making him one of the best clutch players in the league. One of my favorite players in the league, Dorian Finney-Smith has been an inspirational player on defense, being both a high-quality one-on-one defender and also a great help defender. Apart from these two, you can’t forget Kristaps Porzingis who can score in bunches while Jalen Brunson is as important as anyone, who can act as a big-time scorer and the second major playmaker. Off the bench, Tim Hardaway presents a great isolation offensive game. Meanwhile, Maxi Kleber, Dwight Powell, and Reggie Bullock can also play disciplined defense, and play hard, meaning, that the Mavericks have a lot of feisty players in the team. If the Mavericks sustain this intensity, this can spell trouble for the contenders, this team should be considered as a serious contender if they place such high standards.
Suns: Top-notch squad, brilliant depth, and two-way prowess
Talking about contenders, this Suns team went to the Finals last season and they have flexed their high-quality game all season long, looking as motivated as last season to go on a title run. The Suns have a well-balanced squad and their depth enables them to get ahead even if they keep missing their key players. Right now, Deandre Ayton is out, so what! You have Biyombo, McGee, and Smith to fill in, who are nowhere near Ayton’s level but can be difference-makers. And then with two guards like Paul and Booker, you can give fits to oppositions. Booker is a high-quality isolation scorer, while Paul is one of the craftiest passers in the league. Wings Cameron, Mikal, and Jae, you get quality defense and also a bunch of impressive shooting. And we can’t forget about guards like Shamet and Payne, who respond well whenever their number is called.

Devin Booker(PHX)
Points: 48

Booker can heat up and drop big-time points and he is one of the best scorers but since the Suns have become more balanced scoring-wise, he has taken fewer shots. However, the above stat line indicates what he can do when he catches fire. Devin usually scores in 20-26 points range while grabbing 4-6 rebounds and dishes 4-6 assists a game.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 39-59

Luka is on fire right now and has responded strongly to the criticism he has been handed over, his play has been better than even Curry recently. Luka made key late shots in the game against the Raptors. Luka usually figures in the 20-27 points, 7-14 rebounds, and 6-11 assists a game range regularly. Luka can be chosen as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario.

Kristaps is one of the best big Forwards in the league and he can rain points, grab big-time rebounds, and also play more than decent defense. Porzingis has been scoring in the 18-24 points range and grabbing 7-9 rebounds a game consistently.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 32-42
Jalen Brunson(DAL)

Jalen is one of the finest guards in the league and his influence is beyond the stats. Brunson acts as the second major playmaker for the Mavs and has scored 13-19 points and dishes 5-9 assists a game consistently.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 23-36
Jae Crowder(PHX)
Points: 08
Rebounds: 05
Assists: 01
Steals: 01
Jae can be an effective two-way wing on most nights and his tendency to nail long-range jumpers help the Suns quite a bit on the offensive end. The Forward has usually scored in the 8-11 points range while grabbing 4-6 rebounds and clinching 1-3 steals a game.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 18-29
Tim Hardaway Jr.(DAL)
Points: 16
Rebounds: 02
Assists: 01
Tim has been a terrific isolation scorer off the bench and has continued to dip in points at a high rate. Hardaway Jr. has been scoring in the 14-19 points range on a regular basis.
Expected Fantasy Points Range: 21-29
PG: C Paul, L Doncic(SP)
SG: D Booker(PP)

CP3 is another choice for Pro/Star Player. See what combination works out.
