DEN vs SAS Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Everything was on the line for San Antonio Spurs, as a defeat would have left them out the post-season. While Denver Nuggets had the clear targets as well. They headed to San Antonio knowing that a win would take them into the conference semifinals.

Spurs were under the immense pressure but they shone the brightest, coming to the game with a pang of more hunger and showing far more aggression and precision on the court. They won the match 120-103 at AT&T Center and forced the series-deciding Game-7.

The loss spoiled Nikola Jokic’s herculean efforts, who scored a game-high 43 points, gashed 12 rebounds, and recorded nine assists. It wasn’t enough though as Spurs’ old guards LaMarcus Aldridge and DeMar DeRozan erupted for a combined 51 points, 17 rebounds, and 12 assists.

Rudy Gay provided more thrust from the bench, scoring 19 points to keep San Antonio alive in the series.

Other than Jokic, Paul Millsap (12 pts), Jamal Murray (16 pts) and Gary Harris (14 pts) all scored in the double digits.

But the 2nd unit made a telling difference in the match as Spurs got 36 players from the bench, while Nuggets have only 13 from their 2nd unit

The seventh and the final game of the series will be played at Pepsi Center, in Denver, on Sunday morning (IST).
