DET vs MIL Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Series will be at stake when Detroit Pistons host Milwaukee Bucks in game-4 of the first round playoffs, knowing a defeat will end their postseason, at Little Caesars Arena,  in Midtown Detroit, on Tuesday morning (IST).

There were hopes that Detroit Pistons may come alive in this series before the last game. First, they were playing at home and the second, which was the big reason behind all the optimism, that their best player, Blake Griffin was named in the matchday squad.

Blake Griffin played from the start, and for the first time in this series, Pistons get past the 100-point mark. But Bucks were more of a threat and had more talent in all the positions. That proved decisive as Bucks ran out 119-103 winners at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.

Griffin, who missed the first two games in the series with a sore knee, dropped a game-high 27 points and had 7 rebounds and 6 assists.

With the win Bucks seized a 3-0 lead in the series, and will be looking to kill off the first round in the next match.

Pistons did start the game better, taking small leads in the initial minutes, but their dominance was ephemeral.

Giannis meanwhile went scoreless in the opening period which was just his second this season. But Bucks ended the first quarter with a 13-2 run, winning it 32-24 and never looked back in the match.

Pistons won the fourth quarter 25-19 but the damage was done by then as Bucks took a 100-78 lead into the fourth quarter.

Regular Season Record-
Detroit Pistons: W-41, L-41
Milwaukee Bucks: W-60, L-22

Players to watch out for:

Detroit Pistons:

Blake Griffin – Pistons trailing 0-2 in the series and the main man, Blake Griffin, returning to the fold, it was a platform made by the destiny itself for him. He didn’t disappoint, ending the match with a game-high 27 points. But it’s a team game, and one player can’t carry his team all alone. He needed help which he didn’t get, and Pistons lost the game. It’s hard to see where Pistons would have been had he not missed the first two games. But one thing for sure, that Pistons are more solid when he is in the team.

Andre Drummond – Detroit Pistons’ man for all situations. Andre Drummond is one of the most versatile players in the NBA. The 25-year-old is racking up 15.6 rebounds per game, averaging 17.3 points per game as well.

Milwaukee Bucks:

Giannis Antetokounmpo – Was a bit off-colour in the last game as he went scoreless in the opening period of the 3rd match. Maybe he didn’t need to flex his muscles as Khris Middleton, Eric Bledsoe and Brook Lopez took charge, with the bench exploding as well. The 24-year-old is one of the candidates for the MVP for his breathtaking performances. He is racking up 27.7 points per game in the regular season, hitting those points at 57.8 per cent.

Khris Middleton – The 2018-19 season gave a career-best return for him and he is showing no signs of slowing down. In the last 10 matches, the 27-year-old has racked up points at 22 per game, making 1.3 steals per game. Against Detroit Pistons, he ava=erages 19.7 points per game.

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:

There were moments in the 3rd game when Pistons looked a better team than the Bucks, but it didn’t last long. With Blake Griffing returning to the team, we think Pistons may just about jump ahead in this match.
