GSW vs DAL Dream11: The NBA Playoffs have been giving us varying results and it has been tough to see where the pendulum swing will be. There have been multiple instances when the teams have made comebacks despite being a game down in the series. The Celtics recovered their ways as they tied the series against the Heat. Can the Dallas Mavericks do the same when they visit the Golden State Warriors?
The Warriors showed why they remain the team to beat on their home floor as they shut down the Mavericks and eked out a 112:87 win on the back of a balanced scoring effort. The Mavs offense was off for most parts and when Luka Doncic is unable to get going, more likely than not, the Mavs are going to lose. It will be interesting to see how the Mavericks will make their adjustments?
Host: Golden State Warriors Visitors: Dallas Mavericks Match Timing: 21 May, @ 06:30 AM (+05:30 UTC) Venue: Chase Center
The Mavs need more from their secondary options
The Mavericks shot below 40% and were unable to get going from the three-point line. The trouble is that when Doncic is off, the hopes are shattered as Dorian Finney-Smith and Reggie Bullock have been off their games when play in away from the home scenarios. Jalen Brunson had 14 in the last game but Spencer Dinwiddie sizzled again with 17 points.
The Warriors have done a great job in the both departments throughout the Playoffs. The Warriors’ offensive balance legit looks better than the Mavs but the latter made up for it against the Suns team. However, when it comes to the Warriors, it is not like Mavs, who are solely dependent upon Doncic, if Warriors’ leading scorer Curry is off and even when Klay Thompson has been a bit off, options like Andrew Wiggins and Jordan Poole can stabilize things.
The Warriors’ defense can be tough to deal with because having Andrew Wiggins, Draymond Green, and Kevon Looney means the team has three active switch defenders whereas Curry and Thompson are both willing perimeter defenders too. The Mavs are also an incredible defensive team but if they don’t make their shots at least a 40% rate, I don’t see them having a chance against the Warriors.

Luka Doncic(DAL) Points: 20 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 04 Steals: 01 Doncic was completely taken out of his game in the first match and he committed seven turnovers while shooting just 6/18. I believe he will bounce back for a 26-33 points, 6-10 rebounds, and 4-8 assists range. He can be chosen as a Star/Pro Player in the Dream 11 NBA Fantasy scenario. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 48-63
Stephen Curry(GSW) Points: 21 Rebounds: 12 Assists: 04 Blocks: 01 Steals: 01 Point Guard Stephen clicked on seven of his 16 shots but his rebounding work was huge alongside his defensive grit. Jalen Brunson(DAL) Points: 14 Rebounds: 04 Assists: 04 Steals: 01 Guard Brunson shot 6/16 in the last game and he has done a decent job as the second option alongside Doncic throughout the Playoffs. I expect a 17-24 points range here. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 28-42
Klay Thompson(GSW) Points: 15 Rebounds: 05 Assists: 04 Blocks: 02 Two-Guard Klay made seven of his 13 shots in the last game and he has done a great job in terms of scoring. I believe the Guard will be in 17-23 points, 4-6 rebounds, and 2-4 assists range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 25-39
Dorian Finney-Smith(DAL) Points: 05 Rebounds: 07 Assists: 00 Finney-Smith is an incredible defender, while he has every now and then come up strong scoring-wise. I believe he will be in 8-13 points, 5-9 rebounds, and 1-3 steals rang Expected Fantasy Points Range: 12-27
Draymond Green(GSW) Points: 10 Rebounds: 09 Assists: 03 Steals: 02 Blocks: 01 Green’s energy is at its peak during most of the games and his defense, offense, and rebounding. I believe he will be in 8-12 points, 6-10 rebounds, and 2-5 assists range. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 23-41
