GSW vs DEN Dream11: COVID-19 protocols have eased recently but even that hasn’t stopped a flurry of players to go missing because the Omicron surge has taken the USA in its grasp. Now, the Golden State Warriors are missing Draymond Green, who is their two-way star but there is one great piece of news, Andrew Wiggins is available for this game. Now, the Warriors will meet the inconsistent Nuggets whose campaign took a hit when Michael Porter Jr. was ruled out for the season.
Now, I wasn’t worried about the Warriors’ chances when Poole and Wiggins went down but trust me, Draymond Green may be as important as the two combined. Now, Curry will be the sole consistent playmaker, putting more pressure on him and the superb screens of Green and his defense will be highly missed.
Nuggets are overly reliant on Nikola Jokic and this great player has been carrying them on his back all season long. He has had two 20+ points and 20+ rebounds games and even with such performances, his team hasn’t produced high-yields, perhaps Jokic needs to shoot better than 40% or so unlike last game, but come on! How much can he do, the defense is crowding him every game.

Warriors: How will they fare without Green? Dray gives the team that doesn’t figure among stat-sheets. His leadership on both ends and his hustle have inspired even Curry to take it up a notch on defense. Now, when a positive with Wiggins returning is that the defensive aspect can be covered while he brings a ton of scoring but in terms of intangibles, Green is irreplaceable for the Warriors. Now, still, with Gary Payton, Curry, Wiggins, Juan Toscano, Looney, Bjelica, Porter, and Kuminga, the team can deploy shooting, cutting, even if the playmaking side has taken a significant hit with Green out.
Nuggets: Jokic can run out of gas like this Jokic is the primary mover on the offense and that approach can hurt at times because the team lacks rebounding and he has to perform this job. Yes, there are perimeter shooters like Morris, Bones, Barton, Reed, Green, Gordon but still, it is Jokic whose presence opens up the more workable offense for the Denver outfit. What can happen is that the long season can take a ton of toll on Jokic with Murray and Porter out, so the Nuggets offense will have to figure out other ways to be more productive. More consistency from Barton, Morris, and Gordon can change the picture considerably. Denver Nuggets | Golden State Warriors Games: 32| 33 Wins: 16| 27 Defeats: 16| 06

BENCH: Zeke Nnaji, Petr Cornelie, Bones Hyland, Davon Reed, Matt Ryan, Facundo Campazzo, JaMychal Green.
Stephen Curry(GSW) Points: 33 Rebounds: 04 Assists: 06 Steals: 03 Blocks: 01 I need not discuss the greatness of Curry, even the most irregular NBA fans know what he is all about. During December, the high-profile guard has scored 30-33 points a game on a regular basis. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 46-59
Nikola Jokic(DEN) Points: 26 Rebounds: 22 Assists: 08 Steals: 02 Blocks: 02 Jokic has been on fire this month and some of his performances are among the best this season. The Center has grabbed 20+ rebounds for two straight games and is the only player to have two 20+ points and 20+ rebounds games throughout the season. For me, Jokic is the best candidate for Star-Player in the Dream11 NBA scene among all the players in the league. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 55-73
Andrew Wiggins(GSW) is available to play here after clearing health & safety protocols. He has scored in 16-25 points range constantly this season while grabbing 4-6 rebounds regularly. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 26-36
Will Barton(DEN) Points: 17 Rebounds: 04 Assists: 03 Steals: 02 Barton has been an important part of the Nuggets effort but he hasn’t been scoring 20+ or so as much as he did earlier in the season. Still, Will the Thrill can get around 14-18 points a game on a regular basis. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 26-39
Gary Payton II(GSW) Points: 14 Rebounds: 08 Assists: 02 Steals: 01 Payton II is a terrific perimeter defender but his game has seen growth with the Warriors. Gary has scored in the 11-14 points range while grabbing 6-9 rebounds a game. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 28-37
Monte Morris(DEN) Points: 12 Rebounds: 05 Assists: 05 Morris is a sharpshooter whose role has increased as he shifted from the reserve to starting role earlier this year. Morris can score 10+ points and dish 4+ assists a game on a regular basis. Expected Fantasy Points Range: 20-30
