HOU vs LAL Dream11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Los Angeles Lakers will be looking to end a two-game skid when they host Houston Rockets in a regular season NBA match at Staples Center, in Downtown Los Angeles, on Friday morning (IST).

The big question is if Lebron James can inspire his teammates to raise their game in the last 25 games of the season as Lakers aim for a playoff berth. He can and is very much capable of as historically his own numbers go up after the All-Star Break, and Lakers will hope for the trend to continue.

But turnover is the problem for Lakers, 15.9 per game which ranks 2nd in NBA across both the conferences. James may be one of the greatest players of all time, but he has his own limits on the court. He can’t be everywhere and will need help from his teammates to push the Lakers into the postseason.

Houston Rockets have no such problems at the moment as they are sitting at 5th in the Western Conference. Their record for the season is 33-24, and a winning percentage of 0.579 which if Rockets manage to sustain, should be enough to propel the team into the playoffs.

The star of the season is James Harden. The whole Basketball world is going gaga over his incredible run of +30 points streak. In the last game, the 29-year-old dropped 42 points, taking the streak to 31 games this season.

Players to watch out for:

Los Angeles Lakers:
LeBron James –
The King is averaging 26.8 points per game for the Los Angeles Lakers and is the only player in the Lakers’ rank to average in the 20s for the team this season. He is a complete package as he also leads the rebounds (8.6 per game) and assists (7.6 per game) charts for the team.

Kyle Kuzma – The 23-year-old racking up the 2nd most points for the Lakers this season. The 23-year-old is scoring at 19.1 points per game.

Houston Rockets:
James Harden –
The reigning NBA MVP is creating waves all across the NBA fraternity through his incredible consistency. Mr Beard is averaging 36.6 points per game this season and is being backed as an outright candidate for the NBA MVP title.
Clint Capela – The 24-year-old Center has missed the last 14 games for Houston Rockets with an injury. He is an indispensable part of the squad, and his return will only boost the team. For the stats, his numbers are 2nd best for Houston this season as he is dropping 17.6 points per game.

HOU vs LAL Dream11 Fantasy Team:

INDIA FANTASY PREDICTION:
The business end of the season starts now as Lakers push for the playoff berth. Lakers have been far too inconsistent of late, something which they can’t afford after the All-Star break. Much will depend on the extent to which Lakers stifle Houston Rockets’ star James Harden.
Our prediction is a win for the Rockets.
