LAL vs MIN DREAM11 MATCH PREVIEW:

Minnesota Timberwolves host Los Angeles Lakers in an NBA match at the Staples Center, Los Angeles, on Sunday.

Minnesota Timberwolves:

With 2-4 already this season, three of which came in the last four, Minnesota Timberwolves look like falling deep into the rut with each passing game.

The core of the problem is definitely the bonding of the team. Jimmy Butler wanted to be traded in the off-season but the deal never went ahead. The 29-year-old Shooting Guard returned for the pre-season and had a spat with his teammates right in front of the media. Now it feels as if nobody in the team is happy, and it’s the reason why Wolves have looked a team out of places on the court.

Meanwhile, their latest outing against Milwaukee Bucks was an absolute dismal show. From start to the finish it was just one team playing with an intent, and it was the clock which put them out of their misery at Target Center. Wolves were so poor in the game that they couldn’t put the points on the board until 7:19 mark of the first quarter.

Too many loopholes, and way too many areas which need immediate improvement.

Los Angeles Lakers:

Los Angeles Lakers also have a 2-4 record in the first game after losing 110-106 against Gregg Popovich’s San Antonio Spurs at AT&T Center. However, Lakers are no Wolves. The squad is still working to develop a chemistry with superstar LeBron James.

LeBron James again starred for his new franchise with a game-high 35 points and 11 rebounds. In the process, the 3-times NBA MVP moved ahead Dirk Nowitzki for sixth on the NBA’s all-time scoring list.
Meanwhile, Rajon Rondo returned to the action from his three-game suspension but had to settle for a place on the bench. However, Lonzo Ball who replaced Rondo in the team could manage just six points in the match.

Regular Season Record-
Minnesota Timberwolves: W-2, L-4
Los Angeles Lakers: W-2, L-4

Players to watch out for:

Minnesota Timberwolves:

Jimmy Butler – Despite his wishes to be traded not coming true and the reported unhappiness surrounding him and his teammates, Butler is still racking up more points for Minnesota than his any other player in his team. He can make a difference and that’s true.

Karl-Anthony Towns – The 2nd highest point scorer for Timberwolves this season so far. He could be a difference maker for your fantasy team.

Los Angeles Lakers:

LeBron James – The 3-times NBA MVP dropped a game-high 35 points in the match. He is now 6th on the all-time scoring list. If LeBron’s team is playing, then he should be your star player in your fantasy team.

Kyle Kuzma- Though Brandon Ingram is available but such has been Kuzma’s performance in the last four games that he could be preferred ahead of Ingram on the starting sheet.
