LAL vs OKC Dream11: Hello, NBA lovers! How is it going? Soon, we will have to say goodbye to ten teams in three days and as the Play-in tournament will begin, the number of teams will only reduce further. It is sad to see the Regular Season but thankfully, the Postseason will bring a ton of intensity. The two teams here in Los Angeles Lakers and the Oklahoma City Thunder are out of the Postseason though!
The Lakers have been amidst one of their more tension-filled seasons ever and their big three experiment has to be the worst in the league’s history. Anyway, we have heard about that enough already, LeBron is shut down for the rest of the games while Westbrook, Davis, and Anthony are questionable to play here.
On the other hand, the Thunder has been rolling all sorts of lineups these days and at this point, I have lost count of the number of players they keep bringing in. Jaylen Hoard has taken advantage of these opportunities and has been having some fabulous games lately.
Host: Los Angeles Lakers
Visitors: Oklahoma City Thunder
Match Timing: 9 April, @ 08:00 AM
Venue: Crypto.com Arena
Last home game for the Lakers
The Lakers have been the butt of many jokes and even the currently featuring players and coaches are taking shots at them. They have a lot of decisions to make as Westbrook is figuring in trade rumors. LeBron’s still a magnificent player but he is not the same athlete in terms of injuries and at some point, he will reach his limit. Although it sounds wild what if the Lakers trade away from LeBron in exchange for some young players? (I know LeBron is not the type of player you wanna trade) Just a thought… Anthony Davis can be in trade scenarios too and his availability has been a cause of concern. If Westbrook plays here, will it be the last time we watch the stellar all-around Guard play for the Lakers?
The Thunder has potential
The Thunder has been just utilizing deep bench players at this point, heck even their bench players in Maledon, Pokusevski, and Wiggins have not been given minutes as the team is what the fans call in the “tank mode”. But hey, an aspiring NBA athlete wouldn’t let this chance go and that is why Jaylen Hoard has been playing hard as a scorer and rebounder. Isaiah Roby has been doing a decent job but the Thunder at this point is just biding time as management. In the offseason, they will have a lottery pick and if they can pair up a strong two-way Center around Giddey, Dort, and Shai, hey the team can cover some miles and be better than this season because there are a lot of defensive potentials and the fix needs to come on the offensive end.
