MEM vs NOP Dream11: NBA Regular Season is going to be gone in just a couple of days and as we head into the Playoffs, we will first be given a tasty starter in the form of the Play-in tournament. In the Western Conference, the Phoenix Suns have established their dominance and will end up as the top team and will be the team to beat in the Postseason. And who is right behind them? It is the Memphis Grizzlies, a team that will take on the New Orleans Pelicans.
The Grizzlies will enter the Playoffs on a high note and Ja Morant will have some days to recover before the First Round begins. Memphis has built elite depth and we can see different players stepping up their games during different scenarios.
On the other hand, the Pelicans have been playing their best basketball during the last quarter of the season and much of the improvement has come on the defensive end. The team began on a slow note, and without Zion, but the Pelicans have done a terrific job to get where you are.
Host: Memphis Grizzlies
Visitors: New Orleans Pelicans
Match Timing: 10 April, @ 03:30 AM
Venue: Fed Ex Forum
Grizzlies lost to the Nuggets 109:122 in the last game as no player could even go past the 14 points mark
The Grizzlies did lose to the Nuggets in the last game but that doesn’t mean that they will be too hurt by that. The team has learned to win without Ja Morant and it was the absence of Morant earlier, that sparked the flames of elite basketball among Bane, Brooks, Jackson, Tyus, Adams, Williams, Anderson, Clarke, Konchar, and Melton picked up their game. The Grizzlies have terrific depth on the bench and can deploy effective units.
They will face either Timberwolves or Clippers in the Playoffs, and both match-ups can be tricky but on the defensive end, while the Grizzlies are better than the Wolves, their offense is better than the Clippers. However, none of the Timberwolves and Clippers have been as consistent on both ends as the Grizzlies but the Timberwolves’ style of offense means that the Grizzlies will have to make their shots on a consistent basis. Anyway, no matter who they face, they will enter as favorites.
The Pelicans defeated the Trail Blazers 127:94 as CJ McCollum dropped 23 points
The Pelicans will enter the Play-in tournament with high confidence and that is mostly due to their much-improved defense while also getting a chunk of shooting from CJ McCollum. The duo of CJ and Brandon has been working out because both players are willing passers, and can score in isolation situations while bringing a lot of other skills to the table. However, Jonas Valanciunas deserve equal credit for being available for 90% of the games and supplying wonderful rebounding, scoring, and help defense.
Herbert Jones has been a terrific wing defender and provides terrific balance as the slasher. Jaxson Hayes is not a consistent scorer but when he does get going, terrific things happen for the Pels. Larry Nance’s return has solidified the Forward position but the team needs more from Devonte Graham, whose shooting touch keeps disappearing. The Guard depth is suspect for the team and that can hold the team back in the Postseason.

Would you like to watch Jonas Valanciunas take on another strongly built Center Steven Adams? In an encouraging piece of news for Indian NBA fans, this game can be viewed through the official streaming services. The two designated Indian streaming platforms Voot and JIOTV are going to showcase this game. However, I still believe that the best method to get plugged into all the NBA games is by buying the annual subscription to the NBA League Pass which provides you access to all the live streams and full game replays too.
