For Raptors, it was all about the hunger and the aggression on the court. They are guaranteed a 2nd place on the table, and that could be the reason for their sub-par performance in Charlotte.

“Give them credit, those guys are making plays and they’re playing for their playoff lives and you can see it in their energy and enthusiasm they have,” Raptors guard Fred VanVleet said after the match.

Miami Heat, meanwhile, continues to lose a game at a time when they could really use some wins under their belt. The 111-109 loss against Minnesota Timberwolves was their 3rd straight negative result, leaving them on the brink of elimination from the playoffs contention.
