NOL vs PHX Dream11: The NBA Playoffs will be raging only more and more with each day and as we get closer to the title, the intensity will only be picking up on multiple fronts. There have been numerous surprises throughout the season and except for the Celtics, Sixers, and Warriors, no team has been able to establish their superiority. And in this game, the New Orleans Pelicans will host the Phoenix Suns and the Pelicans will be looking to level after the Suns have taken a two-one lead in the series.

The Pelicans lost a close 111:114 battle as Chris Paul took over the game in the fourth quarter, as usual. The two teams can be heading to another close battle as Devin Booker is for Suns and this now looks like a more evenly matched series as Zion Williamson has been out all season long for the Pels. So, in which direction will the gong tick as the Pelicans host the Suns in a crucial Game 4 battle?

Host: New Orleans Pelicans
Visitors: Phoenix Suns
Match Timing: 25 April, @ 07:30 AM (+05:30 UTC)
Venue: Smoothie King Center

NBA Projections, Stats & Analysis

The Paul Menace

Chris Paul did what he does best in the last game and just obliterated the Pels defense in the fourth quarter. However, it was a couple of shots by the fifth-option in the lineup Jae Crowder, that also made a huge difference, one of them assisted by Chris himself. So, yes, for the Pels, containing Paul will again be a huge challenge because he is just too smart of a player.

The Pelicans would rue the last game loss as they restricted the Suns to a mere 14% from beyond the arc but their play from within the three-point line was impressive, as the overall field goal percentage of the Suns was 50%. The Pelicans made 7 more threes while shooting almost 35%, nothing stellar but way better than the Suns. Surely, they would be ruing letting Deandre Ayton get hot in the paint.

The Pelicans outrebounded the Suns 45:35 but it was the turnover battle that proved to be decisive as the Pels committed nine more than the Suns and due to that the Pelicans had had eight fewer attempts from the field compared to them. The Pelicans will need to stop Deandre Ayton from dominating because CP3 is already a huge problem.

Fantasy-related tips

Chris Paul is the most viable option in terms of Fantasy value and he showed a huge statline in the last game. On the other hand, Deandre Ayton has also gotten it done in the last game and his stocks still remain lucrative. Bridges brings a lot of value as well while JaVale McGee, Cameron Payne, Cameron Johnson, and Jae Crowder can be effective fantasy options.

On the other hand, for the Pels, CJ McCollum and Brandon Ingram are interchangeably the major fantasy options. Meanwhile, Larry Nance has also seen his stocks rise. Jonas Valanciunas can have big-time nights but he is rather erratic in terms of scoring like Ayton. Jose Alvarado, Jaxson Hayes, Trey Murphy III, and Devonte Graham can be filler options, with Hayes and Alvarado being consistent among them.
